Jorge Pérez-Bouzada holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.

Jorge has built most of his professional career in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors. Before joining Marine Instruments, he served as General Manager of Amerger Casamance in Dakar, Senegal, a company within the S.A. Eduardo Vieira fishing group. He is currently the Director of Sustainable Fisheries at Marine Instruments, where he focuses on developing innovative technologies that support more efficient, responsible and sustainable fisheries.

Kyriakos Eleftheriadis is the APAC Area Manager at ProGnosis Biotech, a Greek biotechnology company specialising in rapid diagnostic tests and smart analytical solutions for food safety, hygiene monitoring and clinical diagnostics. He works closely with partners, distributors and food industry professionals across the Asia-Pacific region to support the adoption of reliable testing solutions for quality control, hygiene monitoring and regulatory compliance.

With a strong focus on the fisheries, aquaculture and food processing sectors, Kyriakos helps businesses strengthen food safety management through rapid detection technologies, including histamine and allergen testing, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) monitoring and protein residue detection.

Kyriakos is also certified by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Management Procedures for Sustainable Tuna Fisheries, reflecting his knowledge of responsible tuna fisheries management, sustainability and industry best practices.

Ibrahim Athif Shakoor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Monash University, Australia. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior management and board positions across some of the Maldives' largest and most diversified corporate organisations. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA), was the inaugural Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA), and worked as a local consultant for the entrepreneurship component of the World Bank's MEERY Project. He currently provides strategic consultancy services to local and international organisations and serves as Strategic Consultant to the Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company (MIFCO).

Antonio Bustamante has served as General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at BIOLAN for the past 12 years. BIOLAN is a European biotechnology company specialising in innovative solutions for food safety and digitalisation.

Throughout his career, Antonio has worked closely with the fisheries industry, research institutions and regulatory authorities across the Asia-Pacific region to implement advanced technologies that strengthen food safety, quality management and product traceability. With extensive experience in the fisheries sector, Antonio focuses on developing practical solutions that enhance product value, strengthen consumer confidence in food safety and support the sustainable development of fisheries.

Nicolas Guichoux is the Chief Program Officer at the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), where he leads the development and delivery of the organisation's global programme strategy. Since joining the MSC in 2002, he has played a key role in expanding the organisation's global reach and strengthening its impact in promoting sustainable fisheries and seafood supply chains.

After graduating from the École des Dirigeants et Créateurs d'Entreprise (EDC) Business School in France, Nicolas began his career in international business at the French Chamber of Commerce in the Republic of Korea. In 1997, he joined leading French seafood processor Cité Marine as Export Manager. Originally from Brittany, France's principal fishing region, Nicolas developed a strong interest in the environmental and social impacts of fisheries, which led him to join the MSC as Manager for Continental Europe in 2002. He was appointed Regional Director for Europe in 2007 before assuming his current role as Chief Program Officer.

Nicolas is also a member of the MSC Executive Committee, where he contributes to the organisation's strategic direction and its mission to advance sustainable fisheries worldwide.

Pedro Vigil is the Chief Commercial Officer at Satlink, a technology company specialising in ocean management and sustainable fisheries. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School.

Before joining Satlink in 2018, Pedro held senior positions in multinational technology companies and consulting firms, leading initiatives in programme management, business development, corporate strategy and commercial operations. His work focuses on advancing technology solutions that improve fisheries management, operational efficiency and the sustainable use of marine resources.

Scott Maltby is the Global Division Manager at Shiino Foods Co., Ltd., a Japanese company with a 132-year heritage in producing premium seafood and traditional Japanese food products. Originally from Queensland, Australia, Scott has built an international career spanning banking and finance, education, international trade and the food industry. He oversees the company's global operations, including international business development, raw material procurement, supply chain and logistics management, marketing, customer relations and overseas market development.

Drawing on extensive experience across international markets, Scott has established strong cross-cultural partnerships and contributed to the development of sustainable business opportunities within the global seafood sector. He is a strong advocate for marine conservation and the responsible use of marine resources, promoting practices that support the long-term sustainability of the tuna industry.
